Frameo picture frames do not have an internal battery
Frameo ships with a power adapter
At the back of the frameo there’s a DC port (indicated by the number 8 in the picture below).
One end of the power supply provided goes into this port and the other plugs into the mains.
Please use the ORIGINAL adapter provided in the package.
Does Frameo Need to be Plugged in?
Frameo needs to be connected at all times as there is no backup battery in the frame.
How to turn the Frameo On
If the frame is turned off when it’s connected to power, long-press the Power Button for around 3 seconds to power on the frame.
